  • Brief History

    With a glance around him, the small brown mouse adjusted the grip on his jacket, pulling it tighter around his lithe frame. The collar on the black leather jacket was flipped up, hiding most of his mouth and jaw, and obscuring his facial expression. His soft brown hair, tipped with a cream coloration, was swept to the side to allow his large nearly black eyes to peer around nervously. Any noise caused his large rounded ears to swivel towards the origin.

    He is the youngest son of a once boisterous and seemingly opulent king, but his kingdom lost everything in a sudden and brutal battle for power. Rory was only just considered an adult when the war broke out, barely escaping the battle with his life by pretending to be just a simple civilian after being slashed across his back and left for dead, severely wounded on the battlefield.

    Having had a crossbow thrust into his hands before being marched off alongside several of his siblings, he was expected to defend his father's honor to his last breath. Meanwhile, his father and a few of his eldest heirs, and their children, hid within the safety of the city's walls. He had always been more of a scholarly sort, never paying much mind to his physical training, but would always do what his father told him even if it was unfit for his skills.

    At the conclusion of the battle, he was picked up and healed, assumed to be a mere civilian forced to fight for the king against their will, spending the last few years trying to adjust from a life of pampering and studying to a life of pure survival after learning of the complete decimation of his entire family. Not a single member of his blood was left alive once they were identified. He now always seems to always be looking over his shoulder in case someone may recognize him from his past and finish the job.
